Literacy-English-ESOL - Text Suggestions for Year 11 Visual Texts

The texts listed below are young adult fiction most suited to NCEA Level 1 and level 6 of the curriculum as they tend to be narrative driven with fairly obvious messages:

Schools should adhere to guidelines available from the Office of Film and Literature Classification regarding how films should be chosen and used in schools.
